Lancelot gives another laugh; by now he's sorting out his hose and boots. (He does think, sometimes, that there might be something to the way the new suit felt, the way that he knows other, more modern, men dress here. But at the same time, he is a creature of habit and the comfortable habit of what he is used to wearing helps him to feel anchored, in some way.)

"In Camelot? We had bare stone, and here and there a torch, or we had tapestries. Sometimes a window -- which I admit, I did have, with leaded glass."
